School Life

Fellowship, recreation, skill development, discovering God's creation -- these are but a fraction of what we desire for our students to experience at St. Paul Christian Academy.

Not only is this our desire for our Junior Kindergarten through 6th grade students, but this is our desire for the St. Paul community as a whole -- the families with whom we will partner, the faculty and staff who serve and sacrifice so generously, and the administration and board of trust upon whose vision and expertise we depend.

From the gymnasium to the lunchroom, from class trips to the Spring Musical, from chess club to after-school care, the heart of our mission finds its expression.   It is our hope that every activity in which we participate, both on and off campus, will serve as an opportunity for our community to grow more and more into the image of Christ.  We also believe that it is through this kaleidoscope of activities that our students will find opportunity to honor the Lord with their seemingly boundless stores of energy.  Paul explains this idea in his letter to the Colossians by saying, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men... it is the Lord Christ you are serving" (3:23-24).

As you dig into the pages that follow, we hope you will see a picture of delight -- students delighting in the fascinating world that surounds them, friends delighting in one another as they walk through life side-by-side, teammates delighting in the lessons learned in athletic competition, actors delighting in the spotlight, chess players delighting in the development and practice of strategy.  These elementary years are packed with activity, so grab a water bottle and don't forget your camera. You're in for an exciting time!
