Boys at St. Paul have the opportunity to start playing football the summer between 4th and 5th grade.  We hold a camp to get them acclimated and then full practices begin the week before school starts.  Our football season is a great time for our boys to enjoy the company of other boys and learn how to cooperate with each other to achieve a common goal.  Competition is a valuable way for students to learn how to fight through adversity and do one’s best.

Our football team participates in the Southwest Nashville Football League. The season begins in early September and concludes in late October.

Our basketball program begins during the second week in December and concludes in late February and early March with tournaments for the 6th grade girl's and 6th grade boy's teams. We participate in an independent league with 10 to 12 other independent private schools.

St. Paul Christian Academy 4th, 5th and 6th grade girls are eligible to participate on Spirit Team. The Spirit Team meets once per week for one hour to practice cheers and make signs for the upcoming Saturday football games . The school enjoys a pep rally during the football season led by the Spirit Team. Spirit Team is a great opportunity for girls to fellowship together and build team spirit for our community.
